Lesley White joined the Boost Board of Directors in 2011. She is the founder and CEO of Harvest Consulting, an organizational development company specializing in corporate training, team development, meeting facilitation and large group events.

With over 25 years experience as an internal and external consultant, Lesley has worked with both public and private sector organizations. She designs, facilitates and evaluates processes to align organizational behaviour with strategic business objectives.

In addition to her role as a member of the Board of Directors of Boost, Lesley is also actively involved in the Service and Butterfly Ball committees.
