Mark Daniel recently joined the Board of Directors at Boost and is also a Board member at Northgate Minerals where he chairs the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee. Mark is also a volunteer consultant with Management Advisory Service providing complimentary consulting in corporate governance to nonprofits in the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to his Board and volunteer work, Mark consults to Boards and senior management on organization design and effectiveness, executive recruitment and development, compensation and performance improvement. He mainly works in North America and Africa. 

Prior to retiring in January 2007, he was the Vice President, Human Resources at CVRD Inco and prior to Inco spent 15 years at the Conference Board of Canada. Mark received his BA degree from the University of Maryland and his PhD in Economics in 1974 from the University of Minnesota.
