Getting Help

If you or a friend is experiencing any warning signs of unhealthy relationship, GET HELP.
  • Talk to an adult you trust (for example, a parent, teacher, guidance counselor, neighbor,  police officer, doctor)
     
  • Speak to a counselor at the Kids Help Phone at 1-888-668-6868.
     
  • Call the Assaulted Women’s Helpline at 1-866-863-0511.
     
  • In an emergency or immediate danger, call 911.
