Intake

Referrals can be made to the Assessment & Treatment Program by contacting the Intake Worker (416) 515-1100 ext. 231. Referrals are accepted for children ages 4 to 17 years and can be made by child protection workers, police, counsellors, doctors, other professionals or caregivers. Reports of child abuse must have been verified by a Children’s Aid Society or police. Services are offerred at no cost.
