KITE’s training pathway is designed to build expertise, strengthen practice and support system-level coordination across sectors working with children and youth.
Training is organized into two complementary streams: MDT & CYAC Systems Training and Community Training
MDT & CYAC Systems Training is for existing or developing CYACs looking to build expertise, learn about best practices and bolster professional development and structures.
Community Training is for any professional or organization that works with or supports children, youth or families.
Across both pathways, learning progresses from foundational knowledge to applied practice and systems leadership, ensuring training is grounded in real-world experience and adaptable to local contexts.
